Application Process

We believe in partnering with parents to make sure that every child who attends Akeela is in the best possible camp for him or her. Our goal is to create a community each summer where every single camper feels successful and connected.

STEP 1: Inquiry Form

Upon receipt of your information, we will be in touch to discuss Akeela with you.


STEP 2: Online Application Placeholder

Reserve a spot by submitting an online application:

  • This online application process includes a small payment placeholder. This payment is NOT processed or deposited until you and the Camp mutually agree on your camper’s attendance. This allows families to save a spot at camp – risk free – while working with us to determine the best fit for their child. See here for more information on payment terms and cancellation policy.     STEP 4: CAMPER MEETING

    We will arrange to meet you and your prospective camper either in-person or via video chat.
