STEP 2: Online Application Placeholder

This online application process includes a small payment placeholder. This payment is NOT processed or deposited until you and the Camp mutually agree on your camper’s attendance. • Part II – Permission for the Release of Information
• Part III – Camper Questionnaire
• Part IV – Professional Questionnaire (We require this questionnaire from THREE professional per applicant. Please share this link with the professionals listed in Part II above, and ask them to submit their questionnaire to us ASAP.)
