Beyond Akeela is an exciting and enriching program for young adults completing grades 11 and 12.
Developed in response to requests from parents whose teenagers were aging out of the Camp Akeela
experience, Beyond Akeela blends elements of a traditional "counselor-in-training" program with life
skills, community service, trips and outdoor adventure. Each day is filled with fun and camaraderie,
while preparing campers for life in college and beyond. Beyond Akeela expands their horizons, reveals
their leadership potential, hones their social skills and creates bonds of friendship that will last a lifetime.
